Hello.
I conected my D6000 to a 4k monitor.
I had very bad lags. Then i set it to 1920 x 1080 and still have big lags.
Especially when scrolling in chrome or playing videos.
I noticed that my GPU 3D udage is very high. Is this normal?
I own a HP x360 (15-cr0566nz)
I have a Intel UHD Graphics 620 and an Intel i5-8250U

Hi,
This isn't normal behaviour at all, no. Would you be able to confirm for me which version of the DisplayLink software that you've got installed?
Kind regards,
Andrew

Hello
I use the Version 9.2.2420.0
I tried the same on my older laptop.
There i hade about the same issue, but there it was the CPU what was maxed out, and it seems like there the GPU has not been used.

Hello
Now i found out that it only is a problem with a specific monitor.
All other monitors work find.
As soon as i connect the device to my Philips BDM4065UC it is very laggy.
It doesn't matter if i use 4k resoluten or only 1920 x 1080.
It also doesn't matter if i connect it via DP or HDMI.
When i connect two monitors only BDM4065UC is lagging, the other screen is working fine.
So there is some issue only when connected to BDM4065UC .
What could the problem be here?

Now i noticed another thing.
It does always send a 4k signal to the monitor.
Even if i set it to 1920 x 1080 in windows the display is recieving a 4k signal.
