HI All,

I have an Anker USB3 docking station ( that works with displaylink) and i'm having an issues with the DVI output.

the docking station have 2 outputs HDMI ( that works ok) and a DVI
for the HDMI output i'm using an HDMI to HDMI cable.
for the DVI output i'm using an DVI to HDMI cable.
my laptop running windows 10 , i have installed DisplayLink USB graphics software for windows ( latest version - 9.2.2420.0).

the problem that i cant get a video from the DVI output.
when i connect only the HDMI output to a monitor i can see a video

when i connect another monitor to the DVI output i can't get any video from this output, and the video on the second monitor that connected to the HDMI output start to blink ( each 1 second)

When I'm checking processes i can see only Displaylink graphics driver only and not Displaylink core software ( as Anker support document says )

also in the services I cant find DisplayLink service

i think its a driver/OS issue

any idea what can make this issue?

thanks
