Hi everyone,
I recently bought this ZenScreen but I can't seem to make it work. I installed the drivers and noticed that unlike the installation guide's picture, after installing I get this https://imgur.com/nhQKQK4
Afterwards, the screen still says that I need to update my drivers, and when I try to reset the driver it gives me an error.
I'll upload the SupportTool files in hopes that someone can help me! thanks!
PD: I'm also using a usb-c to usb converter in case that has something to do with it.
