Lenovo USB-C dock blinking screen

Hi,
So I've been using this dock on windows and on High Sierra and it was working fine,
now however on news Catalina, there is a problem. My screen blinking every few sec for a split second.

It does not occur on the password page or when using safe mode.
Connection type: Display Port.
Macbook pro 16
Dell u2414H

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall driver, no luck. My kext is loaded.
i don't see DisplayLinkUserAgent.app in this path: System Preferences / Security & Privacy / Screen Recording

Please help :)

To better know your current configuration could you please follow steps Here (https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/755301-how-to-report-macos-issues-to-displaylink) to gather logs that will help me understand the problem a bit better.
