Macbook Pro 16 & Infocus 1102 Projector

Just purchased a MB pro 16 and using Hyper Drive hub with 11 ports. I installed Displaylink Beta.5. Checked screen recording. Displaylink icon is on top menu bar but not loaded within software extensions. I uninstalled three times and reinstalled and still not showing up under software extension in system report. When I plug my usb from Display link into my USB 3.1 hub port my screen freezes. I can't even run the report tool per instructions to send report support. Please help, as I need my projector, soon!:(

Thank you for contacting us on the forum.

Based on your product description (Hyper Drive) it seems as this USB hub is not using a DisplayLink chipset. So it is not powered by our technology and we will not be able to provide you support in this case.

I would recommend contacting your manufacturer or retailer from which you have bought that product.
