Hi Alban,
I read carefully this post and have the same symptoms (2 screens working when connected in HDMI, but not working when connected through DP ; both of them having native VGA connectivity and connected through adapters).
I upgraded the drivers to the 9.3 version that you posted on the message below, but it's still not working.
Please find attached also the logs for my PC).

The workaround for these displays was delivered in v9.3 early December.
EDIT: please use the latest driver available (https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/windows).
