MB16ACE & Mac OS 10.14 Mojave

I just purchased the Zen Screen MB16ACE and cannot get it to work. I have an MacBook Air and my OS is Mojave 10.14. I am getting a message the the driver does not support DP Alt Mode.

I have downloaded the latest software from you -- OS 5.2.5 and restarted my computer. Still get the message. I uninstalled it and tried the Beta version, but can't install it because I don't have the 10.15 OS.

Any help is appreciated.

Please uninstall the current version of the driver and check version 5.2.1 which is the one recommended by the manufacturer of the monitor: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1478

Can you also tell me how exactly are you connecting to the monitor? What ports are you using?

Hi, I just purchased the Zenscreen MB16ACE and tried to use it with my Macbook Pro 2015. It does not work and says something about DP ALT mode not supported.

I uninstalled all display link drivers and installed latest versions. I am on Catalina 10.15.6 (19G2021)
