I have 2 DisplayLink adapters, which I'm using with my MacBook, running macOS Mojave (10.14.6 more specifically). And both of them are reproducing the same issue to me - My mac logs out when I try to swipe between full-screen apps placed on the external monitor, but, this issue isn't met when I try to swipe from the desktop to another screen, on the same monitor.

Used devices:
Startech USB2DVIPRO2
HP NL571AA
AOC Q2781PQ [The monitor which I'm using]

P.S. I was running the same setup on the latest release of macOS Catalina, previously, but I downgraded to macOS Mojave, as on Catalina I've had more issues than this logout thing. And I'm running the latest version of the DisplayLinkUserAgent, and also, it is added in the Accessibility Privacy section from the Security & Privacy section in the macOS settings app.

Hello SangHun,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.

May you please gather the log files by following this guide? (https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/755301-how-to-report-macos-issues-to-displaylink)

Additionally, could you record a short video illustrating your issue? I would like to see it to understand it clearly.

If you would like to move from the forum to more direct way of communication, please send these pieces of information on our email address: technical_enquiries@displaylink.com

In case of any questions, feel free to contact us again.

Best regards,
Jakub

When should I get the log data, right after the issue occurs? Like, after logging me out of the system, I log back in, and launch that app, to get the log files?

Hello,

Yes, that would be the best option as the system will register this behaviour.

Thank you for your feedback.

Best regards,
Jakub
