Macbook Air 2nd Display Not Recognized

I have and early 2015 Macbook Air running Catalina 10.15.5 with Displaylink driver installed, 2 external Dell displays and Dell D600 universal dock. Only 1 of the Dell displays is recognized. Any suggestions?

After debugging for several hours I have resolved this issue. Please make sure you have all of your cables plugged in correctly!
