Hello!
I'm trying to use my Macbook 2020 with two external displays and neither of them are showing up.
What I've tried so far:
Did multiple restarts to the machine and dock. Also reinstalled the DisplayLink driver (v5.2.4) a couple of times as this has helped previously.
Upgraded the dock to the latest firmware version.
Used the dock with an older Macbook Pro 2015 and it worked just fine. Same version of macOS on both.
Checked that KEXT is not blocked.
Checked that DisplayLink has Screen Recording permissions.
Checked that the dock is recognized as a USB device. (PID: 0x6006)
Used both clamshell mode and regular mode. No difference there.
Ran the DisplayLink support tool in debug mode.
System info:
Macbook Pro 16.3 aka Macbook Pro 13" 2020
macOS Catalina 10.15.5
Dell D6000 dock
Any suggestions?
