I have two monitors plugged in by DisplayPort through a Plugable UD-6950H usb 3.0 dock.

When using my camera (Logi C920) to attend video conferences, specifically Microsoft Teams and Zoom, it causes a loss of sync and both screens flicker to black and come back. It happens relatively continuously for the entire time I'm in the meeting. Once I turn my video off the loss of sync stops.

Utilizing the camera outside of meeting software does not cause any issue with loss of sync.

I have unplugged and plugged everything back in. I've updated all drivers and the issues continue.

Support Information attached

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

This appears to be part of this issue, sorry for the duplicate post:

This was fixed by following the steps outlined in the above post, specifically disabling u1/u2 LPM and disabling ASPM. Not sure which one fixed the issue, but I applied both and have not had issues since.

So to update further, while this appears to be part of the same issue. Completing the steps outlined did NOT fix this issue. It worked for one meeting and is back to the normal behavior.

I have contacted Tech Support directly and will share whatever information I can with them.
