Looking for I2C to USB Bridge for LCD Touch Panel

I have LCD display with touch panel which has I2C interface. I need to bridge I2C to USB (2 or 3) as the HW I am using do not support I2C connection. This HW is running Windows 10 and I need the proper window driver for the bridge.
