Issues with Wavlink UG69PD2 and Macbook Air M1

Hi Display Link Support

I just got my new Wavlink UG69PD2 dock.

Setup:


Macbook Air M1 Big Sur 11.1
Samsung 4k TV connected with HDMI
Acer Monitor connected with HDMI
Display Link Manager latest


Issue:

When I connect the two displays to the dock and start the app, the two external displays are being mirrored. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I have restarted the laptop several times however the problem still persist.

I have checked the settings and mirror display is not selected. In the arrangement section I only see 2 screens, 1 for the mac and 1 for both the tv and monitor.

I tried also tried a samsung 4k monitor which is being detected and the backlight starts up but the display remains blank

I don't know what else to do and I cannot make the external displays work no matter what. Any help comment or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

This is so frustrating, i bought the product for a specific reason 2 connect two monitors, i searched your site for a compatible product. and bought the wavelink but its not working at all as expected. There is zero support. how do I contact someone:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::ma d::mad:
