View Full Version : MacBook Pro 13 M1 - no display working with v1.3

Hi,

I have a Dell D6000 dock and have plugged in a Dell U2718Q monitor via Display port, and a new MacBook Pro 13 M1 connected to the dock. The monitor is not detected at all and does not function. I installed the latest v1.3 DisplayLink Software. I am on Big Sur v 11.2.3.

I'm not sure why I can't get a working display at all? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Macbook Pro 16" 2019

Screens are completely black and not responding. This is common everytime there is a mac update. I was forced to update due to another piece of software.

Can displaylink please resolve this issue as fast as possible?
