Dell D3100 USB3.0 + Dell Inspiron 17R => not detecting external monitors

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have the following setup in place:
- Dell Inspiron 17R
- Win 8.1
- Dell D3100 USB 3.0 dock
- 2 external monitors, one connected via HDMI and the other via DisplayPort
- Latest DisplayLink software (successfully) installed

Issue
External monitors don't seem to be getting detected in Win 8.1.
Keyboard/Mouse working fine through dock.

Can you please help me resolve this issue?
