All USB 2.0 inoperable on MAVLINK USB Dual Video Docking Station

Hoping someone can direct me here. My USB 3.0 are working fine on docking station. THe 4 USB 2.0 ports have stopped. I tested the devices and cables and all are fine. Anything plugged into the 2.0 does not work.

Can anyone tell me how to reset my docking station? The DisplayLink card? IO have serach support and found nothing.
