MacOs - HP Z27U Screens, extension not working

I have 2x Z27U screens with built in USB-C dock... the screens appear on my Mac as one screen, cannot split them... so they show the same content.
When using a Windows PC they work fine as two separate screens.
I've installed DisplayLink Software too... but no luck.

What is the dock's model and brand?

Also can you send a screenshot of the Arrangement tab in Display settings?
