My set up is Dell U4320Q monitor, Dell D6000 dock and Macbook M1. There is no option to select 4K resolution for the monitor when I connect it to the docking station, only 1920x1080 and smaller (screenshot (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YK4RDEtzhlTW1TkCycvGY4VGAklt3z4X/view)).
When I connect this monitor straight to the Macbook it defaults to 4K and I can select from any resolution option (screenshot (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1teP6IrdjpnylXICO-PPkC0iM28br1y1S/view)).
Also, before this monitor I had LG 43UD79 and there were no problems with running it at 4K though the dock, so I think the issue is related to DisplayLink monitor specific resolution support. I am running DisplayLink 1.4 and tried running 1.5 beta but did not have any luck.
At the moment I'm connecting my monitor separately from the dock which is super annoying :'-(
