having issues with dell dock-d6000 (https://www.dell.com/support/home/fr-fr/product-support/product/dell-universal-dock-d6000/overview) when using with sony vaio vpcse17gg (https://www.sony.com.sg/electronics/support/laptop-pc-vpc-series/vpcse17gg/specifications), whats always been complicated with my laptop was dual graphics switch between intel and ATI 6630M
when I connect the dock and external monitor to dock
Case 1
ati graphics enabled, display link graphics enabled
Dxdiag display : ATI driver
Laptop display : works with correct resolution
Monitor extended display : is black with my white mouse cursor, i cannot move the windows diaglog window but i can move around with mouse
Case 2
ati graphics disabled, display link graphics enabled
dxdiag display : Display link driver
Laptop display : looses resolution
Extended display connected to dock : works correctly resolution is correct
My monitor is dell : Dell 24 QHD (https://www.dell.com/fr-fr/shop/%C3%A9cran-dell-24-usb-c-p2421dc/apd/210-avmg/moniteurs-et-accessoires-de-moniteur) with resolution : 2560 x 1440 and Windows 10 Professionnel N (build 21H1)
I wish to use the monitor with ati display enabled :-) case 1, I dont think its a dock issue as it works with my work dell laptop, I do understand my vaio is old and i am happy to have a usb-3.0 i kind of sense its windows issue can anyone suggest a solution ?
is the issue is due to multiple monitors running on multiple display cards ?
