Screen extensions not working after OS upgrade

I just upgraded my OS to 12.4. I run a ULTC 4K dock and only 1 of three screens is working and or detected. As far as I can tell all the drivers are correct and settings are correct like screen recording setting etc. 2019 mac book pro. Need some help to get all 3 screens active.

Prior to the OS upgrade all 3 screens were working just fine
