Hi – first time here. I just bought the VT4000, installed it on my Dell XPS13, Windows 11, downloaded the Graphics Software, installed DisplayLink Manager, and the 4000 isn't recognized. I checked Device Manager, not there; I uninstalled, reinstalled; I unplugged and re-plugged the two cables (Dell power supply and VT USB-C in). Any thoughts?
