Windows 11 on a Dell 3310 2 in 1. DisplayLink D3100. Monitors are Dell P2419H, both plugged in via HDMI.

If I only plug in one monitor, I can use the laptop screen and the monitor. Either plug, either monitor. If I plug in the second monitor, it shuts off both monitors and they show "disconnected" in Displaylink Manager. Uninstalled drivers and installed latest version today. Tried the same setup on a Windows 10 laptop and everything worked properly.

Thoughts?

Based on your description, it sounds like Windows 11 is marking the displays as 'Disconnected' within the Windows Display Settings application.

Right-click on an empty space on your Windows Desktop and select 'Display Settings' from the context menu that appears.

Click on a display number at the top of the window to select it, and then double-check the option shown in the drop-down selector box located below the display numbers and to the right. Repeat this process for any remaining displays not working.
