Display extends to one external display only

Hi,

I am running 2 Dell P2314H monitors on a Mac book Pro (macOS Monterey) Version 12.6
Apple M2 chip. The dongle i am currently using is the Teolant 11-IN-1 universal docking station. I have attached the link below.

The monitors worked when i downloaded the displaylink program but stoped working when i updated to the latest version. After I updated displaylink the connection will display the Mac book pro monitor and one of the Dell P2314H monitors.

Can you please advise on how i can get the display to work on both monitors (Dell P2314H).

Can you please tell me how you external monitors are connected?
Also if you do not mind, please gather logfiles, instructions on how to do that are here: How to report macOS issues to DisplayLink (https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/755301-how-to-report-macos-issues-to-displaylink).

I just updated to 1.8 from 7.1 because I will upgrade my IOS.

However I cant anymore use two displays. They are both on and have my desktop on both (strange) nevertheless I can only navigate in one. I try going to display settings and the option to have two is not there.

Can I roll back to previous version of displaylink as having two monitors is crucial for my work?
