Unfortunately it is not working with "HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock (https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-usb-c-g5-essential-dock)".

I already installed everything requested, watched more than 5 different videos, restarted all devices, plugged out & in, and I do not know what else I should try.

I need your support.

According to the information provided by HP for that product --> https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-usb-c-g5-essential-dock/2101469887/model/2101469888?sku=72C71AA the product does NOT use DisplayLink technology.

As a result, DisplayLink will not be able to assist you. I would suggest contacting HP directly for further assistance.
