After I downloaded Ventura 13.0.1, I cannot use my AOC e1659Fwu. How can I fix it?

I'm facing the same problem described above. After installling OS Ventura 13.0.1 my Display Link crashed and it's not recognized anymore. When I tried do reinstall the driver, it says a newer version is already installed, but it didn't work.

The LED light is on, but displays and USB HD connected via Hub are not accessible.

Looking at the System Report, product ID appears as 0x4307

Unfortunately I didn't have set up a Time Machine and now can't revert to my previous OS.
What can I try instead to fix this problem?
