The Caldigit docking station you are using does NOT have DisplayLink technology inside of it, which means that DisplayLink will not be able to help you.
The Caldigit docking station you are using is a Thunderbolt 3 docking station that relies on the host laptop's built-in display capabilities in order to drive the attached displays.
Your MacBook Air (M2, 2022) model laptop can only support one external display via a Thunderbolt device, which is why only one display is working. Apple speaks to this limitation under the 'Display Support' section of their product specifications --> https://support.apple.com/kb/SP869?locale=en_US
In other words, you cannot use the Caldigit docking station to drive two displays with your Mac.
In order to have two external displays with your Mac, you will need to use a product based on DisplayLink technology --> https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/displaylink-products

Thanks for confirming. I'm in the process of getting a different dock that supports displaylink tech.
