Dynadock 3.0 USB doesn't work after sleep mode

Hi, I have a problem with my Dynadock pa3927a-1prp port replicator on Windows 10 computer. Every time the computer goes to sleep mode the USBs on the port replicator stop working. I've tried to install latest drivers and restart the computer but it did not solve the problem. The only way to get the USBs to work after sleep mode is to unplug the power cord from the port replicator and plug it back in. This is an unacceptable solution. I'm not going to do that every time that my computer goes to sleep mode (several times a day).

Are the USB ports the only ones that stop working after waking from sleep?
Are the external monitors working as well as the rest of the peripherals?

Yes, everything works except for the USBs.

I apologize for late response. Did you perhaps make sure that you have all of the USB drivers updated to the latest versions?
