Mac Mini M1 Displaylink doesn't see Displaylink Monitor on wakeup from sleep

When I put my screens to sleep the Displaylink adapter doesn't see my Samsung 42" TV that I use as a third monitor unless I do a restart. The situation occurs if I shut off the third montior which is the TV while the system is sleeping even if I restart the TV before waking the system up again.

Is there a way to make the Displaylink adpater search for and reengage the monitor without restarting?
