Second Monitor won't recognize every time

Hello,

I have a problem with my DL-6950 dual HDMI 4k60 to USB-C adapter.
In the most cases if I start my Mac M1 13" ProBook or my Windows PC the second Display will not recognized. If I switch the refresh rate from 60 to 24 and back again, the display works.

In very rare cases it works on the first try. But I can't find a solid way for this.

Environment:

- two 27" 4k60Hz LG Monitors with hdmi
- 13" macbook pro m1
- intel 13900HK Desktop PC
- the DL-6950 dual Hdmi adapter is behind a caldigit ts4

Any ideas or experiences here to solve or confirm this issue?

PS: in the os and display link software the display is showed up and I can't move the windows to the screen.

You can send us a link to this post and also please gather and send us logfiles from Mac or Windows machine when the monitor is not working correctly (so before you change the refresh rate).
