Cannot install displaylink manager with MBA Ventura 13.2.1A M2

Hi there, i just purchased a belkin usb-c dock today hoping to be able to connect my MBA m2 for dual screen. however, i kept getting error messages while trying to install the displaylink manager.

I have already given permission for the installer in "privacy and security" but still not able to install.

Please help, thank youl
