Monitor/ d3100 docking station doesn’t connect after software update

My monitor (Dell U2718Q) doesn’t connect after software update for mac (macOS Ventura Version 13.4 - 22F66). i have connected with d3100 docking station with type-C i saw black. How i should fix it?
