Hi, I am using a MacBook Pro M2 Max on Ventura 13.4. Display Link Manager 1.8.1 (Build 63.180) installed. Apple Studio Display and old Cinema display, both connected via HDMI to Ugreen 90912 USB C hub. The hub is delivering power to the Mac, but no display is recognized. What am I missing or doing wrong? Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dietmar

Neither the Apple Studio Display nor the Cinema display you are using have a HDMI video input port.
Can you please provide more detail in regard to what type of video cables or adapters you are using to connect the displays to the Ugreen dock?
A direct web link to each product in use would be ideal.

I am using this USB C Hub: https://www.ugreen.com/products/ugreen-9-in-1-usb-c-docking-station
This USB C to HDMI cable for the Studio Display: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CL2RHX5?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
For the Cinema Display I am using this adapter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072PZN5ZK?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
and a standard HMDI cable I am using also to connect my iPad to a TV.

The USB-C to HDMI cable you are using can only work in one direction, from a USB-C output to a HDMI input. It will not work in the opposite direction as you are attempting.
The mini-DisplayPort to HDMI adapter you are using can also only work in one direction, from a mini-DisplayPort output to a HDMI input. It will also not work in the opposite direction as you are attempting.
In order for a display to be compatible with the docking station you are using, the display must have either a HDMI video input or a DisplayPort video input.

Thx Rboerner, I will switch to a USB-C hub like this one: https://www.caldigit.com/thunderbolt-station-4/
I hope I do not need any other cables other than what I am using to connect to the MB Pro mentioned in this post. Both monitors work when I plug them in directly using USB c to USBC for the Studio Display and an Apple adapter for the Cinama Disply to USB C.
I need the Hub because I frequently have to swap out my main device with other Mac's from work.
