I recently installed my CalDigit Thunderbolt 3 Mini Dock on my Macbook Air M2. In the DisplayLink manager app I see the message "No DisplayLink enabled displays detected" and only connect 1 external monitor (I have 2)

Is DisplayLink aware of the issue? Is there anything I can do to fix it? i tried everything and nothing works

Thank you
Renato

Hello,

CalDigit Thunderbolt 3 Mini Dock is not a DisplayLink powered device - it does not connect to DisplayLink drivers as it does not have DisplayLink chip built into it. Only devices that have DisplayLink chip built into them will be detected by our DisplayLink Manager app.
