Me too, macbook pro m2 13", macos 13.4.1, displaylink 1.8.1 (build 63.180). I have two brand working new 27", but now I have piracy problems. Udemy, Netflix, all sites that have protection against piracy, don't let me see content. They placed a layer over the content, I can only hear content.

I second that. Since 13.4.1 all I got is a expensive USB hub, because neither HDMI, ethernet nor audio are working.

Now it’s working fine, my steps:
Delete app in Mac,
Restart
Install last version
Switch off the hub
Switch on the hub
Connect usb-c
And now, all fine
