Hello Everyone,
Please explain to me like I am 5. I have a Macbook Pro Late 2013 using Big Sur version 11.7.8 and an LG 34" Ultrawide monitor.
This morning, I tried the docking station(USB3SDOCKHD) with HDMI connection to my monitor, however, after installing the DisplayLink, I can only use my external monitor if I am mirroring my screen AND the LG onscreen control app won't work on the monitor so I can't split my screen!
For me to use the dock and the external screen properly, I have to connect my monitor HDMI directly to my macbook...which kinda defeats the purpose of the dock.
Is there a solution to this? if so, please elaborate.
