Apple Watch unlock on Sonoma Beta

Seems like the latest Sonoma Beta [6] has broken Applewatch Unlock. I'm running 1.10.0 alpha driver on Beta 6 on a 15" Air. Anyone else seeing a problem with Watch unlock? It worked previously on this system.

If you are still on Sonoma 6 are you also seeing issue with unlocking your Mac with your Apple watch - so without DisplayLink involved?

Just moved to Sonoma 7, still unable to unlock with Apple Watch. Watch does unlock Private Safari windows, so clearly is communicating with laptop. Also unlocks laptop when external displays are not attached, although DisplayLink is still running.

Thank you for the update. Our team is aware of the issue. We were able to observe an inconsistent behavior with Apple watch unlock and Sonoma internally. We will be investigating this further internally.

After updating Watch to 10.0 I shut down both watch and iPhone and restarted them. Since then Watch unlock works at least some of the time.
