Poor performance on MPB 14 with Ugreen dock

I'm using MPB 14, Ugreen 12 in 1 docking station (Ugreen 90325) and LG 27UP850 display. It works very slow and laggy, but on the native Macbook HDMI it works fine. I've tried both HDMI and DP connection over Ugreen dock, but there is no difference. I've tried all compatible DisplayLink legacy versions as well.

DisplayLink doesn't load my CPU much (always less than 20%), I can see it in Activity Monitor.

Please help!

Can you please share more details I will need logfiles to check the feedback from the driver.
