Installation Failed 13.5.1

Hi team, i have been asked to contact software manufacturer on failed installation. I have been trying multiple times but still could not proceed. I managed to install on my M1 Macbook bro but not on my macbook air. Please advise. I have followed all the steps but couldn't not locate the installer under privacy.

Hello, it is rare but if you do not see the options mentioned in our FAQ then please create a new temporary user account (or use an existing additional user account). Then install the driver there and once installed you can log into your original account and delete the temporary account. The driver will not get deleted with the temp account so you should be able to use it as usual.

Same situation here.

Any progress?
