Hi,

I've been connecting my M2 processor Macbook Air to a Dell D6000 dock for several months - and getting a great output to 2 external monitors.

For some strange reason in the past week - without any recent updates my external monitors are not being recognized by displaylink.

I've tried to reconnect to the dock using HDMI and displayport cables, downloading displaylink again, rebooting, and for some reason not working. Was curious if this has happened to anyone else recently?

I contact Dell, and they are telling me the correct dock for my device is the WD19TDS or WB224, since this was working so well would be a shame to have to switch.

Have you checked the security and privacy settings in macOS.?

What version of macOS do you have.?

Same problem here.

Best regards

I just downloaded Sonoma and issue is still there. I've connected by D6000 and under connections in my System Settings the dock is clearly connected but the Vendor is listed as Bizlink and not DisplayLink which is apparently what it is supposed to according to a troubleshoot email I received. I'm not sure what has changed because it was working great just a week ago.

These settings are still enabled on mine. Seems like a lot of people are having this issue with some recent update - but not sure what the correct fix is.
