Hi there,
MacBook Air M2 2022, macOS Sonoma (14.0), Ugreen Dual Display 9-in-1 Revodok USB C 4K Universal Docking Station, Dell P2421DC.
The MacOS Live captions are getting grayed as the Docking station is connected (just a gray rectangle). Without a Docking station with one monitor Dell P2421DC Live captions work properly.
Has anyone met this issue? What could be a solution?

I have the same issue. Live Captions starts working again (and stops showing the grey box) when I stop screen sharing with DisplayLink Manager. Happening on macOS Sequoia 15.3.1.

Seems like, according to David Edmiston (https://www.davidedmiston.com/post/2024/apple-captions-revisited/), this is intentional behavior from Apple, unfortunately, to block Live Captions from screen sharing. Would love a workaround or for Apple/DisplayLink to fix the issue.
