On my MacBook Pro M!, since upgrading to MacOS Sonoma (maybe it's only been since 14.1), the "zoom" feature only works on the display that is set as the main, both in clamshell and with the MacBook open. Other displays will freeze when I attempt to zoom freezes the screen until I zoom back out. I don't know if this is because of the Displaylink driver or with Sonoma.

Is there a workaround, or is this a known bug that is being worked on? Thanks in advance.

Hi, are you talking about zoom in an application? Zoom from accessibility in the OS?

The zoom with the Full Screen setting is known to casue freezing. We have this issue replicated and we have an internal case opened. The issue is being investigated.
You should get better results by changing the setting frol Full Screen to Split Screen or Picture in Picture.

Thank you for the information. Both split screen and PiP have worked, but they have two problems:
1. The settings (size) seems to need to be set each time I log on to my device, and
2. They do not offer the resolution that full screen does.

I will continue to wait for the fix, and thank you again for looking into this.
