I have a Dell Display link D6000 that was working fine and suddenly stopped. I am getting a USB device not recognized.
I have followed these guides:

I have updated my computer bios. The D6000 show under Display adapters in the device manager. Under Universal Serial bus controllers: Unknown USB device (Port reset failed)
I have uninstalled the driver. I have downloaded the DisplayLink installation cleaner, DL Graphics Software, DL Dock Driver
I have tried the DL on another computer and also get the same error. Is this dock toasted?
