Plugable USB 3.0 Dual 4k not working on MacBook M3

Downloaded and installed driver from display link per instructions, when I hook up my MacBook to the dock it asks me to allow and when I select that option, it does nothing and still doesn't recognize my computer....trying to display to 2 dell monitors via DP to the dock and USB-C to computer?? Am I missing any steps?
