Connecting 2 screens via Dell 6000 - Mac 2018

Hi guys, I'm trying to connect 2 dell screens using the dell 6000 dock on my mac pro 2018/Ventura.

When connected no signal is detected and the mac's screen starts flashing.

What do I need to do?
