Hello,
I have a D6000 hub, connected to two external displays via display port on Ventura 13.1.

However I cannot get USBc working or recognized at all, not does USBC charging work.
I'm using the latest Displaylink 1.10.1, build 93

The D6000 has the latest A04 firmware from Dell.

Attached is the log.

I would add, that the D6000 USB A works, but not when connected to the dock's USBC directly.

The version of macOS you are running (13.1) is very out of date. The latest as of today is 13.6.5.

As a first step, I would suggest updating macOS to 13.6.5 in order to rule out the OS version as a contributor to the unexpected behavior.

It does not make a difference. I'm on Sonoma 14.4 now and the latest 1.10.1 displaylink driver. No charge or screen extension.

If Dell has not been able to assist you with their product, then I would suggest reporting the issue to DisplayLink directly by following the process outlined here --> https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/755301-how-to-report-macos-issues-to-displaylink

I already uploaded that info in the first post.

Edit: Is this not the official support forum? If not, I can contact them directly. Thanks.
