Screens won't connect at all

After several months of very successful triple screens, I'm suddenly unable to use my additional Dell monitors. Gosh that Mac screen is tiny!!!!! I'm on a MacBook Air M1, running Sonoma 14.4.1. I've unplugged everything and reconnected it all: power, cords, docking station. Reinstalled DisplayManager, rebooted, and I am still not feeling the love.

What is my next best step (besides off a ledge).
