Apple menu is always open

Hi,
I am using the Display Link Manager 1.10.2 on MacOS 14.5.

When I switch through the windows using the space bar and Tab, the menu from the Apple logo (toolbar top left) always opens. This does not happen when I close the Display Link Manager.

Any ideas?

I just bought a second monitor so I could work more efficiently at home. I followed all instructions and installed the most recent DisplayLink driver. I'm having trouble with the computer not detecting that a display is connected via the document. If it is connected to the Mac directly, it functions. I don't have a privacy and security feature that lets me approve new accessories to connect. Please help.
