Missing shades of gray

Since Release: 1.8.1 | Mar 16, 2023 onwards, my display does not (physically) show shades of gray.

Because the difference is not visible on screenshots (which is why I wrote "physically"), I had to take photos with my phone to show the difference.

The last well-functioning version was Release: 1.5 | Sep 8, 2021.

Attached are two photos: the one showing shades of gray is version 1.5, and the one with just white color is version 1.10.2.
