CANNOT connect Two Monitors with Startech USBC Dock

Hello,

Looking to get some assistance with this.

I have narrowed it down to a driver or software issue.

I am currently running a Macbook Air M2 on MacOS - 14.6.1 (23G93)

It is not the cables, power delivery, or connections. I used a 2020 M1 Macbook Air & a 2019 Intel Macbook Air and it worked with no issues.

I have also checked the privacy settings under recording permissions.

Restarted the machine, and still no luck.

Would be great if someone knows what to do.

Forgot to add...

I also tried other builds of Display link on the Macbook Air M2 on the same OS with no luck.
