For over two years I've had no issues plugging in two external screens to my Macbook M1 2020 Pro (setup: Wavlink docking station (https://www.amazon.com/WAVLINK-Monitors-DisplayLink-Computer-ChromeOS/dp/B019XOJ874/ref=sr_1_5?th=1).

However now with the latest Mac update (Sonoma 14.6.1) it does not work anymore... Using the 1.10.3 DisplayLink Manager, but keep seeing the message ''no DisplayLink-enabled display detected''.

Further troubleshooting leads me to find that it appears the USB is not recognized (It does not show up under systemsettings --> USB.

Have tried everything with unplugging / switching power off, rebooting etc, but nothing works. Pretty sure it is a software issue due to the Sonoma update.

As if by magic it worked for a couple hours. But when re-opening my Mac after lunch, it again failed to detect any external displays...

Is this a knows issue? When can we expect a fix? Anyone else found a workaround?

Hi,
Please contact our technical support directly. Our internal tests show that this should work and thus I believe that if the problem is not related to your hardware then we will be able to resolve the issue.

Thanks,
